The Hay Wagon is not an easy fence but does add an exciting challenge to your course. In true Hay Wagon style the fence is designed with a sunken top to hold two or four straw bales adding approx. 30cm or 45cm to the height depending on which way the bales are used. We advise that straw bales (not included) are secured before jumping.
Length & Height
The length of the fence as stated in the drop down above is the central jumping length, the "Hay Ladders" add approx 60cm to this.
The height of the fence is excluding straw bales (top right).
Hay ladders add approx 80cm to the overall height of the ends.
The Hay Ladders at either end are removable (below).
Sections
Due to the design all lengths of the Hay Wagon are single section (exc Hay Ladders).
Guarantee
All our Mobile Cross Country fences are covered by an extended five year guarantee. Please refer to the information pages of our website.
Construction & Specification
All our Cross Country fences are made from pressure treated timbers for longer life. We recommend treating with an external preservative every couple of years thereafter.
All are constructed to stand just above the ground to allow the use of Fork lifts although they can be carried short distances with two or three people.
A full specification for each design is available on request. All framing is bolted and screwed.
