Being hanging of course means you can increase the height to suit any ability. But it can also be placed on the ground to use at 60cm high or you can lay it on its side and jump it on the ground at 45cm approaching from eiether the yellow rounded end or flat " bottom" end, making it even more versatile.
It is completely solid all round so no risk of legs getting trapped but we do recommend still standing it between wings when placing on the ground to protect run outs from the hanging pole ends.
