GENERAL SPECIFICATION
All of our equipment is built to the same high standards with quality and safety in mind.
Timber Showjumps
Timber used in our showjumps is planed, plywood is exterior grade. Painted items are given three coats. Wing feet are detachable.
Mobile Cross Country Fences
Mobile Cross Country fences are constructed using pressure treated timbers.
Fixings through out Timber Showjumps and Mobile Cross Country ranges are either, galvanised, BZP or Polymer coated.
We reserve the right to change specification, design or price of any items as and when necessary without prior notice.

DELIVERY

UK
All Timber Showjumps, Working Hunter and Mobile Cross Country fences can be collected from our Workshops in Suffolk.
We offer a nationwide delivery service for all our products using either our own vehicles or national carriers.
Drop off is to a single hard standing. Our vehicles are not all terrain. Delivery is by driver only and suitable manual or mechanical assistance is required.
Please note delivery calculated online id to UK mainland only, please contact us for an off shore delivery price.


EXPORT
We export worldwide and can give you advise and assistance on the freight services we offer, either to the nearest port or door to door.

VAT
All prices include VAT

PAYMENT
If you are ordering online full payment will be required when placing your order, 10% of which is a non refundable deposit.
If you are ordering by phone or email we require a 50% pre payment, 10% of which is a non refundable deposit. The balance is due prior to dispatch if delivery is by carrier, if delivery is using our own drivers balance is due on delivery.
Payment can be made by Credit card, Debit card, Cheque or Bank transfer.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACTS
After you have viewed the goods you would like to order and have placed your order, contracts are only accepted after you have received confirmation of your order from us by phone, email or invoice.
In the unlikely event that we cannot supply the goods ordered we will offer you an alternative which may be at a higher price, or we will offer you a full refund.
Work will not start on your order until we have received pre-payment and deposit from you.
UK law is applicable.

OUR GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY

Countryside Equestrian is totally committed to customer satisfaction and we pride ourselves on our reputation for quality and service. However in the unlikely event that as a private consumer you are not totally satisfied with any goods purchased, please inform us , in writing within 7 days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you, and we will give you a replacement or refund. The goods must be returned to us unused and wherever possible in the original packaging, together with your receipt or original invoice. We recommend that you keep all the packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available you should use packaging that will offer the same level of protection. (Please not carriage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or if it differs in any way from the advertised good, otherwise Countryside will not bear  the costs of returned goods).
Refunds will not be made for goods made to customers personal specifications unless faulty or different to those ordered.
Please ensure you order the size appropriate for the intended use.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If as a private customer you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 working days starting from the day your goods are delivered. You must ensure you take reasonable care of the goods and return them to Countryside Equestrian in protective packaging and you will be responsible for the costs of the return of goods.
If you decide to cancel a refund will be made within 30 days of the receipt of your written cancellation and the return of goods so we can check the condition. Our standard cancellation policy does not apply to customised goods or those built to customer specifications.

Returns policy for faulty goods and goods different to those advertised.
If you inform us within a short period of time we will offer to collect the goods and refund your money or if you wish we will replace the goods. If more than a short period has past before you inform us of the problem we will offer a repair or replacement, if the goods cannot be repaired we will refund your money. Refunds may be reduced if you have used the item or have had it for sometime.

Please note timber is a natural product and as such is prone to shrinkage, expansion and to some degree shaking.

We are members of BETA (British Equestrian Trade Association) and we comply with their code of practice.
